Oh Happy Days

There seems to be a big buzz in the air at Results lately. Classes at the Folsom location are full, people are loud and working very hard, and even the coaches seem to be putting a little extra into the team strength training classes. I am probably about to butcher someones quote but I think it was something like, “Motion creates commotion” or something along those lines.

They Ate Clean and Trained Mean

Saturday morning marked the completion of what I believe was the very first Results Gym “Eat Clean Train Mean Challenge”. About 16 or 17 teams of four spent the last six weeks following a diet plan and training for the days events. There were weight loss and body fat percentage lost categories for teams and individuals along with physical tests which you were given points based on the “Results”.

Two week push!

It has come down to the final two weeks of my second go around at the transformers program. Like the first time I am on pace to fall just short of the 20 pound goal. In the first go around, my last two weeks were probably my best numbers wise and I am going to push to make these two weeks better than the last.
